Contract Cancellation Form

Please fill out all the necessary information regarding your withdrawal from the contract. Then, please send the goods to us at the following address:

Please pack the merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Do not send the package cash on delivery, as we do not accept shipments sent this way.

Once we have received and processed the returned merchandise, we will refund your money using the same payment method you used when placing your order. If the order was paid via cash on delivery, please include your bank account number in IBAN format on the form.

We recommend that you keep your shipping confirmation until the return process is complete.
