Complaint Form

The return form is used to arrange an exchange of merchandise due to an incorrect size selection or to file a claim in the event of a defect.
Please fill out all required information and provide as detailed a description of your request as possible.

After filling out the form, please follow the instructions that will be sent to you. Please then send the merchandise to us at the following address:

Please pack the merchandise carefully to prevent further damage during shipping. Do not send the package cash on delivery, as we do not accept shipments sent this way.

Once we receive your package, we will review your request and inform you of the next steps. For size exchanges, we’ll send you the requested size once your request has been processed, subject to current availability. In the case of a defect claim, we’ll suggest the next steps based on our assessment of the issue.

We recommend that you keep your shipping confirmation until your request has been fully processed.
